Opportunities for rainbow trout are available here year round.The park is located approx. 17 km from Silver Spur Trails Wilderness Ranch.
You will be trilled to hike in the Monashee Provincial Park and enjoy exploring undeveloped mountain and valley landscapes. This park offers endless opportunities. Hike through old-growth forest, alpine meadows and some of the oldest rock formations in western Canada. Native wildlife species include mule deer, ground squirrel, moose, black bear, grizzly bear, owl, eagle and hawks.
