Fondue Night at the Ranch - The Swiss Way

Are you planning to do something extraordinary with your partner or your friends? If you do, we have something special for you here at Silver Spur Trails, a culinary ranch experience with a difference. Fondue is an informal style of dining that is excellent for a romantic, candlelit dinner or small party with a group of friends.

Our Fondue night will turn your business gathering, birthday party or any other special occasion into a memorable experience. No matter how old you are, there is something fun about cooking your own meal over a communal bowl.

Fondue is a Swiss dish shared at the table in an earth ware pot over a small burner and it most likely originated in the Jura mountains. For our meat fondue long special forks are used to dip the pieces of meat into a hot and tasty broth. Various sauces are provided on the side. The earliest published mentions of this dish seem to have been made in the mid 1950s.

The Fondue night is suitable for groups up to 6.

Fondue Dinner the Swiss Way with 1 Night Ranch Accommodation

Book the overnight package to make the most of your staycation and enjoy the warm country atmosphere. Soak in the hot-tub after the new culinary experience and count stars at night before relaxing in front of the wood stove with some complimentary gluewein or hot chocolate. Our sauna will be ready for you as well.

You will enjoy the quietness of the ranch and have the best sleep ever. In the morning we serve you our famous chuck wagon pancakes for breakfast with pure Canadian maple syrup.
